SPIRIT QUEST TOUR TO INDIA      Jan 1 -17, 2010 We will be travelling in South India in the beautiful states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.  Some of the highlights include: Mammallapuram - ancient rock carvings and the famous Shore Temple. Tiruvannamalai - the Ramana ashram; the Shiva mountain Arunachala and meetings with a profound guru, Mooji Madurai - ancient temples, festivals and processions Varkala - beautiful beaches and cliffs; the center of Ayruvedic massage; Kathakali Dance performances Kollam - exit point to the spectacular backwaters of Kerala Alapuzzha - Ammachi's ashram, the hugging mother, guru-saint Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary - wild elephants, mountain scenery, tigers and other wildlife Thanjavur - World Heritage site for temples and palaces Pondicherry - French colony, beautiful beaches and the Sri Aurobindo ashram And much more The donation for this trip will be $1600, which does NOT include airfare or food.  Food will cost, at the most, $10 per day and probably much less than that.
